We will acknowledge your order within an hour and a developer will start working on it straight away.
Most orders are completed and signed off within 10 hours of the order being placed.

If you have several tasks, or will need regular edits or fixes to your site, you may want to consider our monthly maintenance plan. It’s just £179, no contracts, with unlimited one-time fixes.
Generally anything that takes under 2 hours – which covers 99.9% of requests. If you would like any further clarification please chat to one of the team and we will be happy to answer any of your questions.
We will let you know before we start work if we believe the task will take over 2 hours. 99.9 of tasks are complete in under 2 hours.
We will provide a quote for the work, provide a quicker solution where possible, or a full refund.

No. We don’t tie you into any contracts. Our price is £179 for a month or you can make a saving on £453 by paying for a years maintenance in advance. If you’d like maintenance for a different period of time please contact us today and we will be more than happy to accommodate your needs.

Along with unlimited fixes / tasks, we will ensure all your themes and plugins are kept up to date, take daily backups of your website and monitor your site 24/7 to keep it secure. In the unlikely event your site has malware we will clean this for you.
